SATURDAY, APRIL 1ST, 10am - 2pm 
(Meet at Mercy at 9:40 am to carpool)
(Option to leave earlier if needed, notify Mrs. Randazzese)

We will tour the facility at 285 Ormand Street, Rochester, NY 14605, and help the homeless shelter by participating in a 
cleaning project, a moving & storage project, and the Lunch meal service project.

  • Sr. Grace Miller, a Sister of Mercy, is so passionate about giving the homeless dignity by consistently providing those in need with food & shelter.

TUESDAY, APRIL 4TH, 3-5:30pm
    
 We help elementary school children with their homework.  We strive to consistently provide positive role modeling 2x per month on Tuesday afternoons.  
TUESDAY, APRIL 4TH, 6-7:30pm
(Meet Mrs. Cilano, mother of Julia '19, there at 6pm!)
    
 We bring joy and healing by baking cookies for the loved ones of those who are dying.  We also receive a tour of this peaceful hospice care center.   


WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5TH, 3-5pm 

Each Wednesday, we walk over and help with crafts, play Rummikub, listen to music, or play Wii bowling.

Tuesday, March 28th, 3-5:30pm    
 
 
We help Senior Residents with odds-n-end jobs.  Small jobs like dog-walking, vacuuming, moving items, dusting, playing games, are some of the things the residents like us to do.
Wednesday, March 29th, 3-5pm 

Each Wednesday, we walk over and play Rummikub, listen to music, or play Wii bowling.   

Saturday, April 1st 10am-Noon
(Meet at Mercy at 9:40 am to carpool)

Week of March 5th

(FULL with 6 Mercy students)
  *Next date is March 21st (1 spot OPEN)
~there are waiting lists too : )
 We help in the afterschool program helping kids with their homework, good behavior, role modeling, etc.  The children attend Flower City #54 school.  Most of Cameron's children live below the poverty level putting them at risk in many ways.  Our positive interactions help make an impact on their daily lives.
Tuesday, March 7th, 6-7:30pm (Meet Mrs. Cilano at Hildebrandt, mother of Julia -10th grade)
 Baking cookies is ALWAYS a good thing...bringing a smile to family members who are dealing with loss is also ALWAYS a good thing!
Wednesday, March 8th, 3-5pm
Each Wednesday, we walk over and play games or play piano or sing with the elderly.
